• ​Kaiser and Cigna Deductible: $1,600 Single/ $3,200 Family

• Kaiser Out of Pocket Maximum: $3,200 Single/ $6,400 Family

• Cigna Out of Pocket Maximum: $3,500 Single/ $7,000 Family

Introducing Cigna

• Cigna is replacing the Blue Shield of CA Medical plan & the Delta Dental Plan.

• Cigna providers are a 98% match to the Blue Shield Providers and benefit designs remain the same.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

• Lincoln EAP will now be our sole EAP provider. Concern will no longer be our EAP carrier.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

• Pulmonx HSA contribution will increase to $850 Single/ $1,700 Family (if hired July 1st or thru December 31st, Pulmonx will contribute $425 Single/ $850 Family).

• IRS maximum contributions for 2024 will increase to $4,150 single/ $8,300 Family.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

• IRS will increase maximum FSA contributions to $3,200.
