This year you will be required to actively enroll to have changes
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your benefits for the coming year. Your choices will be in effect January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025, unless you have a qualifying life event.

Highlights for 2025 Effective January 1, 2025
As we approach Open Enrollment, we want to keep you informed of some important changes to our health benefits for the upcoming year.
Our medical plans and carriers will remain the same, with Cigna and Kaiser continuing to provide coverage. However, there are some adjustments to the Cigna medical deductibles and copays. See what’s changing - flyer.
Medical High Deductible and Out of Pocket Maximum Plan Changes

Kaiser and Cigna Deductible: $1,650 Single/ $3,300 Family

Kaiser Out of Pocket Maximum: $3,200 Single/ $6,400 Family

Cigna Out of Pocket Maximum: $3,300 Single/ $6,600 Family
Most employees have access to more than one medical plan, choose from one on the following plans (if available in your location):

Cigna OA 20, PPO 20-350, PPO 30-750 or the HDHP PPO $1650 (which is also and HSA-qualifed plan).

Kaiser HMO (California employees only) or the HDHP HMO $1650 Plan (which is also HSA-qualified).
New Voluntary Plans on for 2025 We’re excited to announce the addition of Lincoln Voluntary plans. This includes Voluntary Life Insurance and Supplemental Health Plans. Come to one of the Open Enrollment meetings to learn more or see your benefit guide.

Pulmonx HSA contribution will increase to $850 Single/ $1,700 Family (if hired July 1st or thru December 31st, Pulmonx will contribute $425 Single/ $850 Family).

IRS maximum contributions for 2024 increase to $4,300 Single/ $8,550 Family.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

IRS increased maximum FSA contributions to $3,300 eff. January 1, 2025.

The maximum amount you may rollover from 2025 to 2026, if there is any leftover is $660.
Remember: any amounts over the rollover maximum will be forfeited so be sure to use the cost estimater and plan wisely.
